Laura Corcoran

Laura began practicing yoga in her teens as a competitive swimmer and a ballet dancer. She studied Philosophy at University, then went on to the study the philosophy of the body, with an interest in how the mind and body work together. She is 200 hours certified in Hatha Yoga, and in her classes, she concentrates on proper alignment, combined with proper breathing with movement. She is also an artist, so her direction in class will be creative, fun, but most importantly, paying attention to technique.
